Only suitable for 4-134 F-Head "Hurricane" engine with manual transmission
The starter ring is fitted to the flywheel using a press or shrink fit.
To replace it, the flywheel must be removed and the old ring gear professionally removed.
During assembly, the new gear ring is usually heated in a controlled manner,
which increases its diameter and allows it to be placed on the flywheel.
