Access Cover Gasket of the transfer case

The maintenance cover on the underside of the Dana 18 transfer case
allows access to the interior of the transfer case for maintenance and inspection work.
During disassembly or over the years
The seal often loses its elasticity or becomes damaged.
This can lead to transmission oil loss, contamination, and insufficient lubrication.
