The Jeep Wrangler JK was introduced by Chrysler in 2006, followed by the sales year of the Jeep Wrangler JK. Typical of the 2.8-litre models is a six-speed manual transmission, while the Sahara and Rubicon versions feature a five-speed automatic transmission on the four-door models.
For off-road use, the Jeep Wrangler JK series is equipped with Rubicon, as it is fitted with reinforced axles, a separable stabilizer bar for axle reinforcement and electric locks in the front and rear axles.
